How to cook
Pour the potatoes with cold water, add salt and cook for about 12 minutes. Drain and dry the potatoes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the cumin seeds and mix until the cumin has shown its aroma. Add the green onions, mix for 1-2 minutes. Add the curry. Put the potatoes and mix on medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until golden. Salt to taste, put the cherry tomatoes cut into halves, mix for another minute.
