3 tablespoons milk
30 g fresh yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
0.5 kg of flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt

1 st boiled rice

4 boiled eggs

How to cook
Dilute the yeast in 1 cup of milk. Put sugar, salt, add the remaining milk and stir.
Gradually add flour, vegetable oil and eggs.
Put the dough in a warm place for 2-2,5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Fry the pancakes.
Grind the meat in a blender.
Cut the onions into half rings, and grate the carrots on a large grater. Fry in butter for about 5 minutes.
Add chopped cabbage and cook for 2 more minutes. Let it cool down.
Eggs shall be finely chopped and mixed with rice and vegetables. Salt and pepper.

Pour the cake with butter and sour cream.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
