It’s an easy and quick way to make a pie for tea, especially if you already have pancakes ready. Your guests will be satisfied with the treat!

What will you need?

20 pancakes
400 grams of salted salmon fillet or trout
on a bunch of green onions, dill and parsley
1.5 tbsp. sugar
1 avocado
2 cloves of garlic
5 bulbs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
salt to taste.

How to cook

All the greenery finely chopped. Mix with butter, mayonnaise and salt.

Cut fish into thin strips.

In vegetable oil, dissolve the sugar. 4 onions cut into rings and fry in syrup.

Avocado, onion and garlic finely chopped, mixed, salt and season with lemon juice.

Fold the pie from the pancakes, alternating the cooked toppings. The last to put a pancake.

Before serving, cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
