The pie with plum turns out very fragrant and juicy. And, most importantly, it’s very easy to cook it. Therefore, summer evenings promise to be tasty.
What will you need?
For the dough:
250 g of flour
75 g of sugar
125 g of butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
baking powder on the tip of the knife
1 pinch of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt.
750 grams of plums without pits
60 g flour
100 g of sugar
50 g of butter
one and a half cup of thick cream
one and a half glasses of milk
1 bag of custard.
How to cook
Knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out 2/3 of the dough and put it on the bottom of a detachable mold, greased with vegetable oil.
From the remaining dough, roll the platen, lay it on the edges of the mold and press it against the sides.
Plums cut in half and put on the center of the pie.
Mix 3 tbsp. Milk with eggs, flour and custard powder.
In the remaining milk, add cream, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and mix with the egg mass.
Pour the resulting mixture of plum.
Bake cake at 170 ° C for about an hour.
Before serving, the pie should be cooled.
