Coffee truffles are perfect as a dessert for coffee or hot milk on a cold evening. Just a few ingredients, a couple of movements and excellent sweetness is ready.
What will you need?
100 g of milk chocolate
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. condensed milk
150 g of butter
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
How to cook
Chocolate needs to be melt in a water bath.
Add butter, condensed milk and mix well.
Remove from the bath and enter the egg yolk and coffee, stirring intensely. Refrigerate.
Form the balls, roll them in cocoa and refrigerate.
